Welcome to Blogly ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Blogly website at https://blogly.app (the "Website") and all related services, including our AI-powered content generation, AI visibility tracking, publishing integrations, and scheduling features (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Blogly is an AI-powered content automation agent that helps businesses generate SEO-optimised blog posts, track brand visibility across AI search engines and Google, and publish content to WordPress, Shopify, and custom CMS platforms. The Service includes brand knowledge base management, content ideation, draft generation, content scoring, AI visibility tracking, scheduling, and multi-platform publishing.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address or social login (Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringing on third-party rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
- Use automated systems to scrape or overload the Service
- Share your account credentials with unauthorised parties
- Resell or redistribute content generated by the Service as a competing service

4. Content Ownership

Content generated through Blogly using your brand knowledge base is owned by you. You retain full rights to all articles, drafts, and published content created through the Service. Blogly does not claim ownership of your content or brand data.

5. Brand Knowledge Base

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide in your brand knowledge base, including products, services, target audience, and competitors. Blogly uses this data to generate content and is not liable for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect or outdated brand information.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by Blogly is produced using artificial intelligence and should be reviewed before publishing. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and editing content before publication.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including WordPress, Shopify, Google Search Console, and webhook endpoints. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective terms of service of those platforms. Blogly is not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

8. Subscription and Billing

Blogly offers subscription-based pricing. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within the first 7 days of a new subscription.

9. Data and Privacy

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy at https://blogly.app/privacy-policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blogly and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that harms the Service or other users. You may cancel your account at any time.

12. Changes to Terms
